You retain ownership of content you submit but grant City Vibes a license to display and operate the service.

No unlawful use, harassment, spam, reverse engineering, or infringement of intellectual property.

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.

Memberships & Purchases
Subscriptions renew according to the platform (Apple or Google) unless canceled through the applicable app store.

City Vibes, Vibia, branding, software, graphics, and content are protected by law.

The app may link to third-party content. City Vibes is not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, City Vibes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Apple & Google Addendum
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and billing are administered by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by those platforms or applicable law.
